Use

Apply to cheekbone area and puffy eyes. Can be used under moisturizer or special treatment/serum and before applying makeup.

Dipeptide –2 – reduces water retention.

Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-3  – improves firmness, elasticity and inflammation.
